Apply to: Teachers and/or students may take artwork to any regional location in the state on the date listed for regional judging. For more information log onto  www.state.oh.us/govart/.

Range of Award: The Art Institute of Pittsburgh offers first place ($12,150) and second place ($8,100) scholarship, totaling $20,250.
